If you receive a product that is not working or damaged, you are eligible for a full refund.

To request a refund:

  • Send us clear photos or videos showing the issue within 7 days of receiving your item
  • Once approved, return the product to our return address
  • After we receive and inspect the item, the refund will be issued within 14 business days

If your item is damaged during delivery, we’ll gladly send you a replacement.

To request a replacement:

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the damage
  • Once verified, we’ll ship a replacement to you free of charge.
